Transfer Toner

We offer a total of 17 colors of Transfer Toner including CMYK (see below for a complete list of colors). Each toner cartridge contains one color. To print multi-color designs you simply run the same sheet of paper back through the printer after changing cartridges - it's as easy as that!

Because BlackLightning Transfer Toner uses a dye process, the colors are permanently embedded in the fabric and can not be felt on the surface - it's completely soft to the touch. Transfer Toner is easy to use, offers higher quality than other methods of decoration and it won't fade or crack like silk-screening or transfer papers & sheets. Plus, there's no setup or screen cost so each item can be customized uniquely making it perfect one up projects like team shirts with individual names, plaques, awards, etc. Because it is a dye sublimation process there is no white and it does not work well on dark colored fabrics like black T-shirts.

Transfer Toner is a super high resolution laser printer toner so it offers ultra fine detail, sharp text & graphics and no blasting around the edges of the laser prints. Because our toners are super saturated with sublimation dyes, the resulting transfers are richer, deeper and brighter than possible with other processes.

Transfer Toner can be used to make quilting and cross stitch patterns in addition to decorating hats, T-shirts, mugs, puzzles and other materials.

Transfer Toner is Macintosh, Windows & Unix compatible of course! It it available in toner cartridges for most black & white laser printers such as those from Apple Computer, Hewlett Packard (HP LaserJets), IBM, Lexmark, Xante, LaserMaster, GCC, Epson, QMS and many others. Transfer Toner is available in both new and remanufactured cartridges and we offer our toners in bottles if you wish to fill your own cartridges or have it filled locally as many of our international customers prefer to save on shipping.

Transfer Toner Colors: Black, Cyan, Yellow, Red, Kelly Green, Forest Green, Florescent Yellow, Goldenrod, Orange, Burgundy, Navy, Royal Blue, Midnight Blue, Purple, Lavender, Brown and Magenta. Note that all colors print in black on the paper. The color is revealed when transferred to the final destination material. Because it is a dye sublimation process there is no white and it does not work well on dark colored fabrics like black T-shirts.
